About Jim Dead
Jim Dead is a singer/songwriter who is influenced as much by the Golden Age of travelling Medicine Shows and Carnivals as he is by the folk, country and rock music traditions. With an interest in the evolution of mid-west American culture, Jim’s music tells the stories of the various characters that inhabit an elusive town called Deadsville. A native of Glasgow, Jim started his musical journey playing in a succession of local rock bands with friends before exploring the solo route
