Jesse Velez was an early (Latin) house music pioneer active in the early acid house scene of Chicago, IL, United States. Velez died under mysterious circumstances shortly after the release of his most famous club hit, 'Girl Out On The Floor' (1985). Please note that his name is sometimes, incorrectly, spelled as Jesse Valez.
