About Jesse Anderson
Jesse Anderson was born in Paris, AR and as a child moved to Muskogee, OK. At the age of 19, he joined with hometown Muskogee musicians and traveled to Chicago in 1960 to make their first vinyl for Federal Records. After releasing several records, the group disbanded and Jesse returned to Chicago working his way thru the windy city with such artists as Earl Hooker, Pinetop Perkins, Otis Rush, Jimmy Johnson and Syl Johnson to name a few. He became a recording artist under the production of "Daddy" Gene Barge
