Jay Heart Montreal was started in October of 2008 with the reuniting of two long lost friends at a Lawrence Arms show in Chicago. Since, the band has played shows in surrounding states and signed to Death To False Hope Records. Plans of a full length release have been announced for the fall of 2009. Expect boatloads of alliteration, assonance, and insightful analogies crashing into protestors, politicians, and trendy trust fund kids. What's left drifting downstream will be an upbeat
