About Jason Ringenberg
Jason Ringenberg (born on November, 22 1958 in Kewanee, Illinois) is an American musician, singer-songwriter and guitarist and the lead singer of Jason & the Scorchers. After playing in rock, alternative rock, and country-bands while in school at Southern Illinois University Carbondale, Ringenberg moved to Nashville, TN, in 1981 where he soon formed Jason & the Scorchers.. He has released a number of solo albums, including 'Empire Builders' (2004).
