
About Jasmin Tabatabai
Jasmin Tabatabai (born June 8, 1967 in Teheran) is a German-Iranian singer, songwriter and actress. Until the 1979 Islamic Revolution, Jasmin Tabatabai lived in Teheran. Then she migrated with her mother to Germany. After school, she studied drama in the arts college in Stuttgart. During her work as actress in Berlin, she co-founded the band Even Cowgirls get the Blues as singer and songwriter. Through the 1997 movie Bandits, she got known to a greater public.
