About Jas Patrick
Born in Houston, Texas, Jas Patrick moved to Nashville with his family in the early 90s when his father, Jeff Peterson, began playing steel guitar for the Clint Black band. Patrick developed an early interest in music and was given his first drum kit at the age of four. With no money for professional instruction, he learned to play by mimicking favorite records from ZZ Top, Little Feat, the Clint Black band, jazz albums and popular rock bands of the time.
