Jamie Stillway is guitarrist and composer since she was a 13 years old. She grew up on an apple orchard in Minnesota, and started studying classical guitar in high school. After receiving a degree in film studies from the University of California at Santa Barbara, she began to study with the great ragtime and blues picker Kenny Sultan. After a brief stint in Denver as a rhythm guitarist in a gypsy jazz group, Stillway relocated to Portland, Oregon.
