James Tonic releases his sixth studio album, Safety, a measured pop/rock effort blending hip-hop, R&B, and pop foundations with rock-tinged compositions and band instrumentation. Produced by Chris Peden, it ventures into shadowy tales and upbeat moments through live drums, analog synths, unhurried performances, and a warm, organic touch.
