About James Rider
Borne of aliens to a chinese midwife who raised him in the ways of Zen, Rider spent his early days in a monastary wearing orange robes and learning to sing with both sets of vocal chords. It wasn't long before he met another American orphan, Bruce Wayne, who recognized Rider's innate talents at Kung Fu and soon they trained together until Bruce got in a fight with the head monk and they were both ejected from their mountain home. Rider sought his luck overseas and managed to join the Coast Guard.
