About Jacqui Hunt
Hunt joined her first band at the age of 16 playing around the inner city in a pop punk group where she met Pete Rivett-Carnac and Kath Power, eventually forming the trio ‘Single Gun Theory’. The band released their debut album ‘Exorcise This Wasteland’ in 1987 on the Canadian label Nettwerk. Single Gun Theory released 3 albums in total and provided the soundtrack for director Samantha Lang’s feature film ‘The Monkey’s Mask’, receiving an APRA nomination for best soundtrack.
