
About Intars Busulis
Intars Busulis (born 2 May 1978 in Talsi, Latvia) is a Latvian singer and actor, best known for representing Latvia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2009 in Moscow, Russia with the song Probka ("Traffic Jam"). It competed in the second semi-final on May 14 but finished last with seven points and failed to win a place in the final. In 2008, Intars along with composer Kārlis Lācis released his first solo album with original songs in Russian and Latvian.
