About Inserta

Inserta is a post-hc band, formed in Bilbao during year 2001. We are 4 friends who come from different projects such as Elfo Negro, Los Brebes, ADHoc, Capsula, Istripu, Nothum. At the first stage the band worked as a trio, we executed a hard and atmospheric rock. The formation at that time was made up by J. Matthys (6 strings and vocals), J. de Leiden (low frequencies) and M. Hoffman (drums and plates). From that phase we put several shows on record
