About Ingrid Simons
Ingrid Simons is a Dutch singer with a huge body of work, despite rarely releasing any solo material. She is the mother of Eva Simons and the ex-wife of Gordon. In 2002 she went to Eurovision for Belgium as part of Sergio & The Ladies with Ibernice Macbean and Jody Pijper, while in 2001 she finished as runner up in the Dutch national finals as a part of Ebonique. In 2003 they made one final attempt but they did not win. In 1996 she already went to Eurovision as a backingvocalist for Maxime & Franklin Brown.
