About Indigo Rocks
"Down home rockin' blues. Tasty as strudel." Indigo Rocks was founded by Nils Krüger in 2004 as a blues rock trio. Nils had previously been guitarist in several blues bands from Hamburg - including Dixie Specials, Pearly Gates, Baltimore Blues Band, Rhubarb and Big Dirt. With Markus Portworsnick on bass and Torsten Spörck on drums Nils could rely on a tight rhythm section, as both men had already been grooving together for three years in a cover band called Lucky Punch.
