About Icebox the Band
Icebox the Band is a Virginia-based duo consisting of Jack Furth and Tashi Gyatso. Blending lo-fi, stripped down instrumentation with complex vocal layerings and effects, Icebox the Band markets their home-brewed indie rock style as a ‘medium-fi enterprise.’ The brainchild of college roommates and singer-songwriters, Tashi Gyatso and Jack Furth, the band was formed in 2019 after the two musicians found themselves living out of the same room while working on a farm in South Carolina.
