About Ian Page
Ian Page is English and was born in Rochdale, Lancashire. His early musical influences were wide, ranging from the rock & pop of the 50's and 60's to classical piano from his grandmother who used to play for the silent cinema in the early 20th century. This site contains a few of his vocal performances - sometimes with his own instrumental backing - and are mostly of traditional folk music of the British Isles, augmented with some more contemporary songs in a similar vein.
