About I Was A Skywalker

I Was a Skywalker are a five piece hardcore punk band from Mount Pearl, Newfoundland. Members include; frontman Matt Earle, Elsa Simms on bass, Glen May on guitar, Derek Ashley on guitar and Kieran O'Connell on drums. The band was created in 2010 when the cousins Derek and Glen decided that their intuitive nature and chemistry could be used for the betterment of the Newfoundland punk scene. They quickly added the three long-time friends to the quintette.
