About Hypnotic Hour
After graduating the local school of art (classical guitar section) in 1997, HYPNOTIC HOUR (Emil Oprea) started to study jazz music and listen to all kinds of genres. He played with many instruments at home, descovering the music: classical and electric guitar, piano, flutes. In 1999 he began to play rock music with the bass guitar in a local band called Balcanic. The chance to work in a radio station from year 2000 until 2002 made him listen mostly to electronic music, such as Prodigy, Leftfield, Crystal Method, BT.
