There are three bands that are called / were called Hubcap. (1) HUBCAP (Chicago, IL) Formed in 1990 by Billy Smith, Andy Zboralski, and Jay Ryan. With the help of Steve Albini and Dylan Posa, they recorded their one and only album in 1996, "Those Kids are Wierd" (Actionboy / 54-40 Or Fight!)
