About Howrah
Howrah (stylized H0WRAH) is an alternative guitar band from Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Established in 2016, the band rose from the ashes of Amsterdam indie bands such as Zoppo and Space Siren. Kees Appeldoorn is singing and pulling strings again, boosted by Space Siren's rhythm section of Ineke Duivenvoorde (drums) and Aico Turba (bass). Gijs Loots (previously in Slow Worries and Bombay) later joined Howrah on guitar. Howrah plays edgy, melodic song-based indie rock
