High Eight (Neil Briggs) started out in breaks as one half of the Future Funk Squad alongside Glen Nicholls, collaborating on early works such as Pulse, the first single on Default Records. Since then Neil’s solo project has seen him release singles on Re:Connect Records, plus remixes on MBN, Sound Of Habib, En:Vision, and TCR. As a DJ, High Eight has played across the UK with the likes of Rennie Pilgrem, Chris Carter, Freestylers, and Stanton Warriors
