About Hieron

There is more than one Hieron. 1. HIERON is an atmospheric black metal band from Görlitz, Germany. Their first album, on Vendetta Records, came out in January 2026. 2. The Hieron was formed in 2005 by drummer Tiago Marques until then, guitarists Rafael Rotta and Carlos Campos, Paul Gehlen keyboardist, bassist and vocalist Edgar Campos Marcio Lima. Over the years the band went through many changes, both in musical style, as in his training, which was of great importance for the band came to the musical path he intended to follow.
