About Hi Spider
HI SPIDER found it's origins in the Cape Town Post-Punk scene. When THE WILD EYES [www.thewildeyes.com ] were asked to showcase at SxSw 2007, they moved to London and began to change their musical sensibilities. The replacement of the former drummer with the explosive BAT BLACKK [Alain Lotter - who left his previous band SAMURAI SEVEN to form the epicenter of HI SPIDER'S frenetic rythms. This shift of style and tastes led to the formation of an all new band; HI SPIDER [ www.myspace.com/hispider].
