About Herbert Ernst Groh
Herbert Ernst Groh was a Swiss tenor, born on 27th of May 1906 in Luzern (Switzerland). He died on the 28th July 1982 near Hamburg (Germany). He studied singing in Zurich and Munich and had his debut in 1927 at the theater of Darmstadt. Soon the radio got aware of his talent and by 1933 he was working for a German radio station. During the war he was working for the troop entertainment. After the war he continued his career as a singer till the 1960's.
