About Heartwear Process
Heartwear Process were, and quite possibly still are, a five-piece band based in Reading, UK. Inspired by the likes of Pixies, Sparklehorse, Nick Cave and sometimes incorrectly prefixed with 'The', the band mix elements of indie, gothic and post-rock with a largely rock core. They also have a song about Humbert Humbert. Formed in 2003, the band were snapped up by local label Velocity Recordings in 2005, through whom they released their debut single 'Mean Season' in 2006 and limited edition 7" 'Swallow My Tooth'
