About Gypsy Guerrilla Band
Gypsy Guerrilla Band is centered around the core of a husband and wife duo, Jim and Joyce Lillquist. Other members have come and gone, contributing variously to live and recorded music, but Jim & Joyce have remained the only constant. Jim built his first hammered dulcimer in 1979 and began playing music with Bill Rintz and the Allen Street String Band in Springfield, Illinois. The Allen Street String Band played the Silver Dollar City's Music Festival for several years fostering Jim's love of faires & festivals.
