About GRP All-Star Big Band
The GRP All-Star Big Band was a musical group that recorded Jazz and Big Band music. The group was comprised of artists that record on the "GRP Records" label. From 1992 to 1994, the band had a rotating roster of internationally renowned jazz musicians, such as Arturo Sandoval, Bob Mintzer, John Patitucci, Chick Corea, Dave Weckl, Michael Brecker, and Randy Brecker. The group has recorded three albums; "GRP All-Star Big Band" (1992), "The GRP All-Star Big Band..." (1993) and "All Blues" (1994).
