About Grey Anne
Grey Anne is the musical moniker of Anne Adams, who has been an active member of Portland, Oregon's musical community since the mid-2000's, playing solo and in various band projects, and helping found the now-flourishing PDX Pop Now festival. Most recently, Adams worked on the Neil Gaiman/Henry Selick stop-motion film, Coraline. Adams credits "show-tunes and choir music" as her influences, but critics have compared her songwriting style to Joanna Newsom, Syd Barret, and Cat Power.
