About goomiey

goomiey is a japanese alternative rock trio fronted by Mai Hirayama (平山 舞桜) from Mito, Ibaraki, Japan. They are signed to STROKE RECORDS. The band was formed on July 15, 2017. Former drummer Rinka Okubo (大久保 林香), had noticed Hirayama's singing voice in a music class in high school and asked her to start a band together. The band became a reality when they invited former bassist Sena Iwahori (岩堀 聖奈), who where going to see a concert with them.
