About Glines
Glines grew out of the band Pyotr from Boston, MA. In September 2008, Pyotr pared down its lineup to a quartet consisting of John, Chris, Charles and Abe. With the lineup change they made the decision to allow for instrument switching between members. Older songs were pushed aside in favor of a large number of demos that had accumulated over the last 2 years of the Pyotr project. Over the fall of 2008, Chris, Charles and Abe worked on several demos as instrumentals while John pursued his acting career.
