About Gladyss Patches
Gladyss Patches was a rapcore-influenced hard rock band from the city of Vancouver in British Columbia, Canada. The group released their debut album, titled 'A Wish This Simple', on October 9, 2001. Although attracting some attention from underground music fans, they seemed to fade into obscurity. Back in 1994, Mike Hooton started a band with some of his friends. What began as garage band meanderings soon became Gladyss Patches. The band has no real explanation for the bands moniker, and there is no story behind it.
