About Giniling Festival
Philippine band spawned in 2003 within the deeps of the University of the Philippines' Diliman campus. Released as of 2007 one self-titled LP. Their brand of music is influenced by a wide variety of genres (ranging from rock, funk, blues, classical, etc), best interpreted as something a little bit on the heavy side. Lyrics range from the nonsensical to the stupefying things pertaining to Philippine society but always humorous for those able to comprehend.
