About George Klein
George Klein (October 8, 1935 – February 5, 2019) was an American disc jockey, and television host. George Klein' "U.T Party Parts 1 & 2" on Sun 358 was released in March 1961, backed by the Sun crew of Roland Janes (guitar), Jimmy Van Eaton (drums) probably Martin Willis (sax) and Charlie Rich (piano). George Steins met Elvis Presley in the eighth grade at Humes High School in North Memphis, and they remained friends until Presley's death in 1977.
