About Gelatine
Japanese horror-comical freak punk metal. In Japan, there was a girls punk band called "10 Yen Anakinoko", which the singer Seiko started when she was 15 years old. This band ended after playing their last show in New York in 1995, and the band became legend. 5 years later, 10 Yen Anakinoko played a one time reunion show in New York. Guitarist Jun was called in as a support guitar player, and this led to the beginning of the band GELATINE. Only a few hours after this reunion show, Seiko and Jun decided to start a new band.
