About Gareth Quinn Redmond
Gareth Quinn Redmond is an Irish ambient classical composer and musician, whose music involves analog synthesisers, piano, violin, and found sound. His solo work consists mainly of ambient music inspired by the Japanese “environmental music” movement. His 2018 album Laistigh den Ghleo was both directly inspired by and released along a re-issue of Satoshi Ashikawa's pioneering album Still Way (Wave Notation 2), released by WRWTFWW Records. He has been extensively involved in multimedia projects
