About Futro
Futro (means ‘a fur’) is a Polish band whose music is a mixture of electronica and retro-pop and is described as a fur music. It was formed by Kasia ‘Novika’ Nowicka (vocalist, songwriter, composer), Wojciech Appel and Konrad Kucz (producers). They released their debut album Futro in 2002. The band was nominated for Best Polish Act at the 2002 MTV Europe Music Awards and for Best Pop Album and Newcomer at the most prestigious Polish awards Fryderyki.
