About Fundación Tony Manero
Spanish disco revival Fundacion Tony Manero, based on Saturday Night Fever's main character, started performing 1970s classic club/dance hits in a popular club in Barcelona, recording their first album, called "Bikini 17 y 18 de Marzo", in 1999. The band, led by singers Sex Machine and Miguelito Superstar, teamed up with producer Jon Caffey to make their following record, "Looking for la Fiesta", featuring Storm's "Can't Nobody Love Me Like You Do," Stevie Wonder's "Livin' for the City," and the hit single "Supersexy Girl."
