About Frizzle Sizzle
After all four girls had dropped out of Vara's "Kinderen voor Kinderen" (=Dutch for "Children for Children") in 1983, Laura Vlasblom, Mandy Huydts, Karin Vlasblom and Marjon Keller decided to form a band themselves. Frizzle Sizzle was born. They had some gigs, but were still waiting for their big breakthrough. That came when they won the Dutch national final to qualify for the Eurovision Song Contest in 1986. Their catchy tune "Alles Heeft Een Ritme" (="Everything Has Rhythm") was performed bare feet.
