French Teen Idol is an instrumental solo project from Rome, Italy, run by Andrea Di Carlo. An elegant mix of post-rock and electronic influences, French Teen Idol's music provides the listener with cinematic landscapes, dramatic crescendos and striking vocal samples. On 29th May, 2005, French Teen Idol's self-titled debut album "French Teen Idol" has been released by the Canadian netlabel Nishi. In October 2005, the song "Shouting Can Have Different Meanings" has appeared on the compilation "Losing Today 07".
