About Freeklane
Freeklane is an Algerian band. The group was formed in 2008 in Algiers. The group identifies “with the North African variety since we do a bit of everything, everything that is Algerian first of all. You can find raï, chaâbi, gnawa too, African rhythms, there are also nuances and somewhat Western rhythms and this refers to everyone's desires, in their free way of expressing themselves musically”. "Freeklane is made up of two words: 'free' in English and 'klane'
