About Francesco Tasini
Italian organist born in 1952; he studied at the Conservatory in Bologna and Milan, graduating cum laude "in Organ and Composition (with W. van de Pol), harpsichord (with S. Vartolo) and Composition (with G. Manzoni). He received his degree with honors with a thesis on the work of the DAMS XV of the seventeenth-century musician Maurizio Cazzati. He published numerous articles and critical reviews of Italian keyboard publications of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries.
