About Francesco Cafiso
Francesco Cafiso (Born May 24, 1989) is an Italian jazz musician primarily known for his alto saxophone play. He became widely recognized as a child prodigy when his first album 'Very Early' was released while Cafiso was only 14 years old. Since his shocking debut he has performed with top jazz musicians including Joe Lovano, Ray Drummond, Wynton Ellis and Jason Marsalis, and many others. In 2006 Cafiso achieved a Diploma in Transverse Flute at the Musical Institute V. Bellini in Catania.
