About Fork Sister
Fork Sister is the self-proclaimed "electro-trash" side project of m@ the c@ (known for Bubblegum Octopus and others.) Sonically, the project is rooted in digital artifact abuse, low bit-rate guitars and drum machines, gabber beats, effected vocals, chiptune, blown out dance music, and noise, all in the context of digital hardcore, power violence, punk, and grindcore. The lyrics make abstract references to otaku fan culture, sexuality, and nonsensical surrealist imagery. The project began at the end of 2005 and has never performed live.
