FMH started recording prose "spoken words" in 2006. He released his first prose "Currency" with The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan in the Inserts,The HMLF inspired FMH to work on his projects. U Kan't C is the second Spoke word album FMH written in 2009. No Disease 2011 was written in 2010-11 The Theme of his work is The Black Nations it's time for Unity.
