
Fiona Soe Paing is a Scottish/Burmese electronica producer, vocalist and sound artist based in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. Her debut track, sung in Burmese, was released on the "Sound Of The World 2007" compilation on Warner Music by BBC DJ Charlie Gillett, who had discovered her home-produced demo on Myspace. Developing her sound while living in New Zealand, Paing collaborated with animation artist Zennor Alexander to create a surreal and immersive audio-visual performance.
