About Fie Schouten
Fie Schouten, born in Amsterdam and still living there, performs in various formations at many different podia and festivals. She has performed in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Italy, France, Spain, England, Estonia, Poland, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia. She plays all types of clarinet, with a preference for the low ones. She studied at the Conservatory of Amsterdam, where she received her Bachelor's Diploma in clarinet and bass-clarinet and a Master's Degree in bass-clarinet with Harry Sparnaay, Tom Sieuwerts, and Herman Braune.
