About Faskil
Biography Born in 1972, in Brussels (Belgium), Faskil aka. Jean-Christophe Detrain, started to show interest in music by messing around with Trackers on PC. Those basic composition softwares allowed him to make his first steps in sound crafting. In 1995, he teams up with fellow Radio Campus partner in crime El Borbah to form the band Bump & Grind. They release their first album, deCreate, on newborn belgian label Exit Records. The second album, Init Sequence, is released in 1998 on another Brussels based label, Sub Rosa.
