Farewell Unknown was a post-hardcore band from Sacramento, California, United States. The group started in 2003 and they disbanded in 2005. Mingus, Swan, and Lodge will go on to start Dance Gavin Dance with Jon Mess, Alvaro Alcala, and Jonny Craig; while Joel Rabara joined Mozart Season.
