About Famyne
Founded in September 2014. Alex Williams, Jake and Tom had been rehearsing as a trio for a few months before that. Named after an Opeth song, "Famine", "that’s been personalised by [the band] for various reasons". They won Kent Metal 2 the Masses in 2016, which got them a slot at the Bloodstock Festival.
